For the un-initiated, Praise Jam is a wonderful afternoon of marvelous praise music, food, chili and pie-baking contests, and booths, (where agencies, businesses, and organizations can share information, brochures – and provide a free kids’ activity). It’s an opportunity to share our Free Store journey and to encourage support for our mission.
Tickets are just $5 for adults and $3 for children.
We are seeking Event Sponsors!
Event sponsors -
As we contact potential sponsors, we need to let them know that through their $500 donation, they will be supporting our important outreach which has, to date, served over 3,200 needy families in our community. (We are recognized as a 501©3 non-profit business and all contributions are tax-deductible.)
Their corporate sponsorship includes:
A full page advertisement in the event program
Your name/logo on all event signage connected with this event
Your name/logo on all tickets
Free 10x10 booth space, to display/ pass out items – no sales
Complimentary tickets (4) to the event

We are seeking Program Advertisers!
Program advertisers
Let potential advertisers know that each family will be given a free program which will include Common Ground Free Store Ministries information, band and chili chef information, advertisements, etc.
The programs are professionally done and are a great keepsake! (Event sponsors, Adopt-A-Week and Adopt-A-Month sponsors receive free advertising space.)
Prices are as follows:
Whole page - $200.00
(5" w x 8" h)
Half page - $100.00
(5" w x 4" h)
Quarter page - $50.00
(5" w x 2" h or
2.5" w x 4" h)
Eighth page - $25.00
(2.5" w x 2" h)

We also need Booth Participants!
Booth participants
Each booth space will be approximately 10 x 10 - cost is $35.00 if you’ll be providing a free children’s activity, and $50.00 if you’d prefer not to provide a children’s activity. We are unable to provide tables, tents or electricity to/for individual booths and the sale of items is not permitted at this event.
As a courtesy to all of the bands, we ask that no booths be taken down until 5:30.

Calling all Chefs/ Bakers!
Chili Cook-off/ Pie-baking Contest/ Bake Sale
Our bake sale was a big success last year, so we're bringing it back - along with our Chili Cook-off and Pie-Baking contest.
We will need Chili Chefs and Pie Bakers who will offer up their wares to the judges - and then to our Jam attendees. We'll also need folks who will bake brownies, cookies, etc. for our bake sale!
Chili chefs - we would also encourage you to decorate your space with a “theme” that you choose.(to add to the festive atmosphere and be judged for a prize).
Registration fee is $10
